Privacy Policy
Effective October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trifectify LLC (“Trifectify,” “we,” “us”), which operates Speed to Lead, collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website, request an instant demo, book a call, or receive calls and text messages from us. By using this website you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Demo requests: your name and mobile phone number.
- Consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to, the date and time you agreed, the page you were on, and your browser type. We keep this as proof of your permission to call and text you.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling form, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and any notes.
- Calls and messages: what you say or write when you talk to our AI assistant or our team, including call recordings, transcripts, and text message content.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring page, collected by our hosting and service providers.
- Browser storage that remembers, for your current visit only, whether you have already submitted the form or closed the pop-up. Our scheduling provider may set its own cookies when you use the booking calendar.
2. How we use your information
- To place the demo call and send related texts you asked for.
- To follow up about Speed to Lead, answer your questions, and schedule and hold calls.
- To keep records of your consent and your opt-out requests, and to honor them.
- To run, secure, and improve this website and our services, including the quality of our AI assistant.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
3. Calls, texts, and AI
If you give consent, we may call and text the number you provide using automated technology and artificial intelligence (AI) or prerecorded voices. The demo call is made by an AI voice assistant, not a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. To stop calls, tell the caller, reply STOP, or email us. We process opt-outs promptly.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, phone and text message carriers, AI voice provider, and website host. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of us, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other state privacy laws.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years so we can prove and honor your choices. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to provide and improve our services, then deleted.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling.
- Appeal our decision about your request.
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request by confirming details you gave us, such as your phone number, and respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent, who must show written permission from you. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where required. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will still keep a record of your phone number on our internal do-not-contact list so we don't contact you again.
9. Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Other websites
Links and embedded tools from other companies, such as our booking calendar, are covered by their own privacy policies.
11. United States only
Our services are offered only in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
