Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Trifectify LLC (“Trifectify,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of this website, the Speed to Lead instant demo, and the calls and text messages we send. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the website.

1. Who can use this website

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. If you use the website for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

2. The instant demo

When you request an instant demo, our AI voice assistant will call the number you provide, usually within seconds, so you can hear how Speed to Lead works. The caller is an AI, not a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. The demo is free, is provided for evaluation only, and may be changed or stopped at any time.

You may only enter a phone number that you own or are authorized to use. Entering someone else's number without their permission is not allowed. You agree to tell us right away if your number changes or is reassigned.

3. Consent to calls and texts

By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree that Trifectify (Speed to Lead) and those acting for us may call and text the number you provide, including with automated technology and artificial intelligence or prerecorded voices, about your demo and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling the caller, or emailing [email protected].

4. SMS program terms

  • Program: Speed to Lead demo and follow-up messages from Trifectify.
  • What you will receive: messages about your demo request, scheduling and reminders for calls you book, and follow-up about our services.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages after that. To join again, submit the form again or reply START.
  • For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Booking a call

Calls booked through our calendar are scheduled through a third-party provider. If you can't make it, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation.

6. Paid services

These Terms cover the website and demo only. If you sign up for Speed to Lead, a separate written agreement will govern the paid services, pricing, and your responsibilities for your own leads' consent. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or someone else's phone number without permission.
  • Use the demo to harass, prank, or record anyone without legally required consent.
  • Submit automated or bulk requests, try to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website or our AI assistant.
  • Use the website for anything unlawful.

8. Results and testimonials

Statistics, examples, and customer stories on this website illustrate what is possible. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Your results depend on your business, your leads, and other factors.

9. Our content

This website, including its text, design, logos, and software, belongs to Trifectify or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for your own evaluation. You may not copy, sell, or reuse it without our written permission. “Speed to Lead” and “Trifectify” are our brand names. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

10. Third-party services

The website uses third-party tools, such as our booking calendar. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their terms.

11. Disclaimers

The website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the website or demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call or message will be delivered. AI responses can be wrong; don't rely on the demo for medical, legal, or financial advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trifectify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or demo. Our total liability for any claim about the website or demo will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Trifectify harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, including entering a phone number you were not authorized to use.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Trifectify LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and by applicable federal law. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us and try to resolve the issue informally for 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Using the website after that means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access to the website or demo at any time.

16. General

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the website and demo. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a business transfer.
